The Baron™ 440 PRO features robust, heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids that are fully reversible—one side delivers sharp grill marks, while the grooved side captures juices for continuous basting. The advanced Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system offers superior heat distribution across the grill, protecting the burners while vaporizing drippings to infuse food with authentic barbecue flavor. Powered by four patented Dual-Tube™ stainless steel burners, the grill delivers even heat dispersion with two rows of flame per burner. Its Linear-Flow™ valves, paired with 180° Sensi-Touch™ control knobs, allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the 10,000 BTU side burner offers added convenience for preparing sauces, soups, or side dishes.
