The Broil King® Baron™ Cast Iron Griddle is a versatile, high-performance grilling accessory, designed to expand cooking possibilities with flat-top and searing capabilities. Featuring a reversible design, this heavy-duty cast iron griddle has a smooth side for frying and a ribbed side for grilling, ensuring maximum versatility for various cooking techniques.

Coated with durable matte porcelain, it provides excellent heat retention, easy maintenance, and long-lasting durability. Designed to replace a section of cooking grids, this griddle is compatible with Baron™ series, Crown™ pellet grills, Baron™ pellet grills (prior to 2021), and Crown™ series (2016 and newer).
