The Baron™ S490 PRO IR includes robust 9 mm stainless steel cooking grids and the advanced Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, which optimizes heat distribution while protecting burners. Drippings are vaporized instantly to infuse food with rich barbecue flavor. This grill is powered by four patented Dual-Tube™ burners made from heavy-duty stainless steel, delivering even heat dispersion with dual rows of flame. Its Linear-Flow™ valves with 180° Sensi-Touch™ control knobs provide seamless temperature adjustments. Additionally, the powerful 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner, complete with a premium spit rod and motor, ensures consistent results for rotisserie cooking.
