The Baron™ S590 PRO IR features robust 9 mm stainless steel cooking grids and an advanced Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, optimizing heat distribution while protecting burners. Drippings are vaporized on contact, infusing food with rich barbecue flavor. Equipped with five patented Dual-Tube™ burners crafted from heavy-duty stainless steel, this grill ensures even heat dispersion with two rows of flame per burner. Its Linear-Flow™ valves with 180° Sensi-Touch™ control knobs provide precise temperature adjustments. The powerful 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner, complete with a premium spit rod and motor, delivers slow and even cooking. Additionally, the 10,000 BTU infrared searing side burner, capable of reaching up to 1,700°F, locks in flavors with exceptional searing power.
