The Broil King® Infrared Side Burner is a high-performance grilling accessory, designed to deliver intense heat for searing and versatile cooking options. Available in Liquid Propane (LP) and Natural Gas (NG) configurations, this 10,000 BTU infrared burner reaches up to 1700°F (927°C), ensuring restaurant-quality searing and efficient grilling.

Integrated into the side shelf, this burner features a professional-grade 9mm stainless steel cooking grid with 115 sq. in. of cooking space, making it ideal for boiling, sautéing, stir-frying, and preparing side dishes.

Engineered for precise fit replacement, this burner is compatible with Broil King® Imperial™, Regal™, and Baron™ series gas grills (2013 & newer) and Signet™ and Sovereign™ series with the 18679 adapter kit.
