About the Primo® Instant Read Thermometer (PG00359)

Easily and accurately measure the internal temperature of your food with a large, easy-to-read display that delivers full temperature readings in just 2 to 3 seconds. This thermometer displays in both °F and °C, and its display rotates 180° for convenient viewing whether you are right- or left-handed. It offers a temperature range from -40°F to 660°F, with a backlit display for nighttime use and a low battery indicator.

The thin probe tip ensures simple and precise measurements, automatically powering on when the probe is opened and shutting off when closed. By pressing the hold button, you can lock the temperature reading in place. For calibration, insert the probe tip into known temperature water (32°F for ice water, 212°F for boiling water). Two AAA batteries are included for your convenience.
